Design:
The Forseti Signature Pre Amp was based around the original Forseti Pre Amp, but with tweaks made to the design by Tim de Paravicini. These included the use of totally discrete electronic components rather than the ICs used in the original Forseti, a superior power supply and a thicker front panel.

The Alchemist brochure described the changes thus:

  • Whole circuit revised by Tim de Paravicini to incorporate fully discrete design.
  • Tim de Paravicini designed discrete balanced input stage.
  • Redesigned PSU stages to allow for tighter control of ripple contents.

Tim also designed a matching Signature Power Amplifier.
